Have used this repairer before. The reception is spotless and well manned. Dealt with by Matt, who was very welcoming, and efficient. Needed a tyre replacement, and was attended to straight away. Excellent service all round, and a coffee thrown in!

The receptionist was very helpful. I booked for 10 am but called me few days before the appointment and got an earlier slot.

Had to have a part replaced on my hybrid. Had no idea what the part number was or even what it would be called. Took me through everything step by step showing pictures of the part to make sure we got it right. Really fast service and much cheaper than the main dealer.

Had a problem with all 4 tyres with low pressure, drove passed (as from wales) and with no problem at all the guys sorted them out, very professional and polite,even walked away with a coffee. Would definitely recommend to come if any problems.

I would just like to thank you and your team for helping with my motorhome, which had previously failed its MOT.

My car's engine management came on and I was advised that I would need a diagnostics to be carried out to find out the issue.

Brilliant, fixed my tyre at the roadside in no time and had me back on the road. 5 stars for Fastlane Autocare and their polite, friendly tyre fitter who let me Son sit in his van with the lights flashing.

Now, I wouldn’t use anyone else other than Fastlane Autocare - mobile mechanics. It’s by far the most convenient service I’ve ever had as they come to me.
